This was one of our more in-depth projects. We were tasked with raising parapet wall height to accept thicker roof insulations, provide a new exterior wall finish at roof parapets and create trim and flashing to complete a new roof system. We partnered with FGM Architects and Nicholas & Associates for construction management and The Garland Company as roofing consultant to ensure every detail was handled by the best. We also provided engineering calculations for the new framing system that would’ve made our high school geometry teachers proud.
