We were tasked with improving the building’s efficiency and R-value and overall natural light. We started with the demolition of existing metal roofing and wall panels, installation of new, higher R-value roof and wall insulation and completed the project with new wall panels, new roof panels and a new skylight system. We also partnered with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates to ensure our installations were precise and accurate. While renovations were taking place, we made it a priority to limit entrance and parking lot closures to a single area.
